Abysmal phone service. Three hours of attempted calls with zero answers - regardless of extension.
I've had great response from these guys and I feel lucky to have them as an energy provider. They recently worked in the middle of the night to restore power after a storm and accidentally hit my mailbox with their service truck. They totally owned the issue and replaced our mailbox the next day!
