Very professional. When you are there getting work done you feel like family. They explain everything thoroughly when work is being complete. Very fun environment. I will forever be getting my work done by Scenic River Dental. 10/10 highly recommended!!
The staff is wonderful and kind. They are very knowledgeable and listen to your concerns. I went to a couple dentists in the area when I moved here before them and they were by far my best experience.
Jenna and Dr Joe are very dedicated and care so much for each patient.
I had a fantastic experience at Scenic River. Going to the dentist can be stressful, but this team makes you feel completely at ease. Warm welcome: The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and organized. Superb service: The dental team is gentle, thorough, and highly professional. Comforting care: They take their time to explain everything clearly. Modern clinic: The space is clean, bright, and very comfortable.
I would not recommend this dental office. My two sons had to get some filings done and I forgot to give them our HSA card. I called them and asked if they could call me with the amount after they were done. Jenna said sure but I could take the card information now. She was very persistent on taking my card number. Well I realized I’d misplaced my HSA card. I asked Jenna if it was possible that they charge the account I’d call back as soon as I found the card. No she said we need a card number.
