Terrible customer service + couldn't care less communication + a dentist that is either checked out or just doesn't care = the worst dental office in the valley. (1) They cancel or change appointments without notice ("oh - well someone should have told you'" - Really? No kidding) (2) Their billing is super convoluted and nearly unintelligible (3) They are unwilling to have conversations or even discuss any short-comings. Best dentist we have been to! This place is so family friendly and amazing at what they do. My kids aren’t even a little scared when they go. So glad to have found Scenic River!

From check in to check out this dentist and his staff are very professional. At the same time they make you feel very comfortable. Best dental clinic in the area in my opinion!
