They billed the wrong insurance, charged me double what was quoted, did not inform me that my insurance did not go through so just charged me out of pocket, when my insurance was figured out some how I ended owing more than if I hadn't had insurance in the first place!! And waited 5 months to send me a bill! They called my personal phone 6 times in less than 10 minutes and left 1 vm, then proceeded to call my place of employment just as often.
The friendly and very efficient staff made it so easy to make my most recent appointment and my future appointments! Dr. Joe was really friendly and did a great job on my check up. He was really patient with all my questions as I am pretty chatty and curious. I highly recommend this dentist for you and/or your family!
