Chris Hall with Scenic Oaks Funding is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the different loans available. Scenic Oaks as company is great to work with. The underwriters process loans in a timely manner and have never had an escrow held up do to Scenic Oaks. I have used Scenic Oaks for my own personal mortgage as well as referred many of my clients to them. I would recommend Chris Hall for anyone needing finance to purchase a home.
We have used Aaron McKeon as a lender for several clinets and find him to be responsive to both our clients needs and our own as well. He is a communicator and keeps everyone up to date on the transaction. we highly recommend him as a lender.
