Drove in to KY from MD to look for a retirement home. Was in the southern part of the state looking around when a new listing came on the market by JD. We texted him immediately and set up an appointment to meet the next afternoon to see the property. JD drove us up to the house, introduced us to the sellers and we all walked the property together.
