Not very pleasant. The lady was nice when answering the phone but it all went down hill from there. Overall, they made me feel like I was a bother to him.
RUN! This company is the LAST company you want to do business with. JD is a pompous, arrogant, know-it-all and he promises a lot of things he can't deliver. Terrible.
