Excellent gated community for 55 and up!
Great residents, lovely lodge pool area. Well maintained
It's a New Year and we've seen some improvements within our HOA. This March we will gain 2 new Board members, one of them hopefully will be me. We want common sense volunteers who can bring our community together again! I look forward to being a part of the team to do that!
Do your research, our HOA is not doing a good job on our maintenance needs, Hot Tub needs major repair and the Board says we have no money to fix it 😢 Our current board is ruining our beautiful landscape and development, we have had several homes up for sale for several months, no one is buying because of how our yards and streets are. Due to the lack of watering, several homes now have foundation issues. Our only hope is for some new HOA Board members next year to help stop the ruining of this community!
Great 55+ community.. All single family homes. acres of open area. Paths behind homes. 13,000 sq ft community building. Golf carts allowed. Close to I-35N frontage road. Affordable.
