This is a beautiful community for people ages 55+ to live in. The yards are well kept, cars aren't parked in the street, neighborhoods are quiet. People driving by in golf carts waving hello is a common sight, as well as others taking walks. There are many activities at the Lodge during the day and evenings. We also have a beautiful outdoor pool and large heated hot tub that are open year round. Many homeowners have lived here for more than 10 years, so this community must be doing something right!

Great residents, lovely lodge pool area. Well maintained
It's a New Year and we've seen some improvements within our HOA. This March we will gain 2 new Board members, one of them hopefully will be me. We want common sense volunteers who can bring our community together again! I look forward to being a part of the team to do that!
