No REAL Management. On site Manager is never in office. Works odd hours from 10:00am to 1:30pm, NO PARKING , any problems that arise take literally 2 weeks to 30 days to be addressed. You pay for every single Utility, TRASH WATER SEWER GAS & M.I.D. ( Modesto irrigation District) electricity. A mandatory $30.00 dollar service fee EACH MONTH…. Do Not Commit the same mistake we did!!!
Awesome place I hope we get a apartment there went to see it yesterday I love it I hope they give my wife and I and our little boy a chance to live there
Ive lived here for 3 years its a great place but the parking sucks and the laundry room is really small. But other then that its a great place to live.
