I Called and made an appointment to have my car serviced with a couple of issues that I was having. I called 2 days days after my appointment to check on the status because I had not been contacted. They still hadn't gotten to my car. I understand being behind but lack of communication very poor. It took 3 days to get it diagnosed and that was only after I called again!! Jody was great. I had a regularly scheduled appointment for service but just a day prior a recall was issued for my vehicle. While in for the service Jody was able to have my recall completed. This was a huge time saver for myself and I really appreciate Jody juggling the technicians schedule to have the recall performed.

They were up front and honest about the price and unfortunately the commonality of my issue in GMC trucks. A part on the steering column that messes up and does not register the truck is in park (GM needs to fix this issue). 4 year old truck and $810 to repair?? The dealership saw my frustration and completely understood. They were all very professional.
