I Called and made an appointment to have my car serviced with a couple of issues that I was having. I called 2 days days after my appointment to check on the status because I had not been contacted. Great experience! Fantastic communication!
Jody was great. I had a regularly scheduled appointment for service but just a day prior a recall was issued for my vehicle. While in for the service Jody was able to have my recall completed. This was a huge time saver for myself and I really appreciate Jody juggling the technicians schedule to have the recall performed.
Good and timely service and friendly staff. Nothing better than OEM.
