My experience has always been frustrating. On several occasions I’ve had an issue with one lady in medical. She’s harassed my daughter and doesn’t seem to have any compassion. Most recently, Whoever was scheduling medical appointments the morning of 2/7 was not helpful or genuine. They made me feel upset , frustrated, unheard and when I knew this conversation was going to be a fight, rather than a discussion, I hung up in tears. Understaffed with patients from 3 countys. Anything but dental ya might be ok.

I was told that I can no longer make appointment's with them because I can't get there every month for routine check-ups that they want me to do. They have even denied to make an appointment for my kids because i can't bring them every month!!!!
It has every dr. u can think of...everyones great especially dr. Parker and his assistants...
Yesterday was quite possibly the best dental experience I've ever had. I have a background in the dental field. I've been part of a few dental offices as well as in the military. With that said, my visit yesterday, from the entrance to the exit at Scenic Bluffs in Cashton was definitely above the bar. They get top honors in my opinion.
My dental team here is one of the most understanding, caring and genuinely pleasant team. They actually care about you and your life and try and work with you to avoid undue stress! We need more people like this is the world!!!
