Friendly and professional
Managed to get an emergency exam on the same day as my request. Toothache turned out to be a couple of issues. Staff was friendly and greeted me on my arrival. Met with dentist after getting an X-Ray. Comfortable atmosphere- not busy at the time that I was there (late Sat). Dentist took time to do assessment- discussed the issues and provided possible solutions. Answered any questions that I had in a clear way. Payment was handled in a straightforward manner - tap to pay.
Everything went very well. Everyone was very pleasant to both Carol and I. So thank you so much.
