This was not even a 1 star rating! I sent them a email to request a quote with photos of my broken t Handel on my truck drivers side front bin with a picture of my key so that I could get a replacement assembly. I received a quote by email including the t-handel and the lock and the shipping cost...and to call to make the order. I called and made the order referring to the quote I was given. The salesman told me you should order 2 locksets just in case....total upsale! It would be great if I got what the quote was but I only... read more
