They need to have restrooms for their customers. I came in thinking I was going to use the restroom and she said sorry We don’t have a restroom and I asked her. Where do you go? I felt like I was at 7:11. I usually go to the one in Baldwin Park and they have a restroom. these guys need to step it up. I had to give them one star to post this, but I would’ve gave them zero!

Great Credit union, every human there is fantastic but... hold times are much longer.. Up to 25 min. Was told they're short staffed. Yet they've been "short staffed" just after it became "Rize." These hold times are getting worse.
