Terrible, do not come. I applied for a loan they gave me a hard credit check and I received an email saying i was approved. I opened my account and was waiting for the deposit, until they told me i wasn’t approved. Terrible customer service, I tired contacting sally and no response. Never come here not worth your time and the service is terrible. Honestly a waste of time and there’s so much better options.
In January they offered emergency loans for victims of the Eaton fire but kept strict qualifications. My other banks didn’t require a perfect credit score or a dissection of my credit report. This credit union isn’t for its community or its members. It can care less. This month I’m leaving for good.
Courteous, knowledgeable and efficient personnel.

The bank was clean and cozy. The teller was professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable.
