I purchased floors for my home. The manager Efrain was attentive to my needs only before the contract was signed. After that, he would not respond to my messages in a very unprofessional way. As if I was bothering him. The guys who came to put my floors in were nice, but had to come back several times to fix certain areas that were not done properly. The guy mentioned he would come back.
