Dr. Thomas and his staff provided our Brittany with excellent care while she was at Scatter Creek Animal Clinic for a recent surgery. There were no complications, no infection, and she healed beautifully. Thanks!
Items not being disclosed to a client about their service animal, I don't feel is legal or at least good business practice… if you injure a client's animal in Any way, it should be disclosed to the client upon pickup of said animal... And seeing how Joint Animal Services recommended me to these guys I will be calling and notifying them as well.
The staff here have been caring for my pets since we moved to Rochester! 12 yrs. They helped us lay our Rottweiler, Chyna to rest last Nov. They were so kind and gentle! I highly recommend this care facility! The best staff ever!
