Love Scarsella's Pasta and Meatballs! I grew up coming to Scarsella's and still visit whenever I am home visiting from Columbus! You just don't find this classic Youngstown Italian restaurant atmosphere combined with great food anywhere else!
Their homemade pasta , and egg plant is the best in the valley
