I can see why they have terrible reviews most awful disorganized and unprofessional Gyn office I have ever encountered. They booked me with a doctor that had a meeting for 4pm my appointment was at 3:45pm which meant they were going to rush my appointment because how can you have a appointment 15 mins after an appointment for an annual it’s not a 15 minute appointment. No call ahead of time and no accommodation made at all just welp sorry maybe next time.
Shania the lady answering the phones is absolutely horribly rude… a very unhappy person.
The literal worst phone system I've ever encountered. If you happen to ever reach a person, it's because you spent 40+ minutes trying to navigate their ridiculous labyrinth of phone prompts. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR PHONE SYSTEM ITS HORRIFIC.
God forbid you have an urgent matter, they will never answer the phones! So disturbing!!
I had a really good experience!. No crowded waiting room. I didn't feel rushed by the staff and didn't have to beg for referrals for add'l appointments that needed to be made. Also, didn't have to deal with a rude receptionist and to top it off, this was my first time going there, I was able to call them to let them know I was running late because I went to the wrong part of town and they STILL saw me! I'm so grateful!. I would of given 5 stars if the signs outside and inside of the bldg were present to let me know I was fin... read more
