Scarsdale Tile was a huge disappointment. Their work is inconsistent and poorly executed, and they don’t stand behind it when issues come up. Communication is almost nonexistent — they are unresponsive and avoid accountability when problems arise. On top of that, their prices are very high for the subpar quality delivered. Overall, the experience was frustrating, expensive, and unprofessional. Don’t hire them.
