We recently hired Ben's Chimney Service for a chimney repointing project and were very pleased. Despite initial scheduling back-and-forth, they communicated well and fit us in quickly due to a cancellation. The work was done swiftly and professionally. We were especially impressed they added a complimentary cement chimney crown! Our chimney looks great, and we'd definitely work with them again.
Ben’s Chimney Service/Nikki provided excellent customer service and worked with us to ensure a quality finished product. We needed to close off one side of a double-sides fireplace. Contractors went to extra mile to source brick that matched the color and dimensions of our existing structure. You can barely tell that the repair was not part of the original fireplace! 5/5!
