The service department does not do go work. They do not care about their customers. Do not return calls. Actually, I am going to file a small claims action against this particular service department.
I was in the market for a Used Ford Escape and found the model I was interested at Scarsdale Ford through Auto Trader Online. I walked the lot and finally entered the sales office where I was slowly approached by a gentleman offering to help. Another driver whom assaulted my vehicle in front of this store made me seek help from the salesman to summon police, as he is making believe he is calling tells me, its busy, as if he wanted nothing to do with helping a fellow citizen.
