Don’t think your new home will look like the model. Our baseboards are sloppy. Joints do not align. Gaps are filled with putty and painted over. Three different colors of white are used and you will find them interspersed among the trim, doors and walls. Two major appliances had to be replaced. An incorrect hole holding the micro was uncovered and because we chose not to replace it with the same brand and model, we have a visible hole in our subway tile. If I could find another place to move, I would leave in a heartbeat.
The Scarmazzi Homes experience is one of kind. The high quality and workmanship along with a dedicated team that genuinely wants to provide a beautiful, comfortable home and not just a house is what makes them a leader in the housing industry. My experience starting with the sale up to closing was truly awesome. The communication was exceptional I am proud to say I live in a Scarmazzi Home and love sharing my experience.
We are so thankful for Scarmazzi Homes. We have no regrets based on how beautiful our experience was. We were new to Pennsylvania. We moved into Pittsburgh in temporary housing. We built our house 5 years ago keep calling and calling 3 off our windows turned pink big hole in our yard never filled I’m in Windsor woods very disappointed won’t return calls
