RecommendedAlways the best at Scarletts! I have had my lash extensions done here as well as my eyebrows microbladed. Not only is Julia a licensed tattoo artist (which so many people offering permanent makeup are not) but all her employees are certified estheticians which means they had a full training in skin care before learning the art of lashes. This is so important to me when choosing who touches my body!
