I give this a five-star rating because I've been to many florists and greenhouses just looking at the website the arrangements are very fresh looking I haven't seen any floral arrangements that even come close to these.
Purchased the birthday cake floral arrangement. Delivered timely but the arrangement itself was very disappointing. Tiniest of bow decoration and cheap floral choice for the arrangement. We were excited by the online photo.The bottom container was visably scratched . If noticed by us should have bee seen by the store. This arrangement cost $100.00. Likely will use another florist next time..
I’ve only received flowers from Scarlett’s Flowers and the arrangements take my breath away, no matter the size. The arrangements last a long time, they are fresh and sometimes budded to enjoy the blooms for even longer. They always give a courtesy call and arrive in time.
I just wanted to give a shout out to Scarlett's Flowers and their florist Nikki. Though Nikki couldn't help me since my delivery address was outside their delivery limit. I found her professionalism, honesty, and courteous demeanor refreshing. Nikki was at least able to assist me with pricing and it was $50-$75 cheaper than the other floral shops I have made contact with and I didn't receive the same customer service qualities I received from Scarlett's Flowers. Thank you again Nikki for your assistance.
Stunning delivery of flowers arrived today to start our girls weekend- from delivery to presentation was fantastic. Stunning!
