Not happy. I've gone to Scarlett O'Hair's a couple of times to get my eyebrows waxed. The last time I went - the wax was too hot and she pulled skin off. When I called out the fact that it felt like she ripped skin off - she responded with "I'm sorry that you feel that way but I didn't pull any skin off." I walked around for a week with scabs. I will never go there again. Also- the waxing room was disgrace. The light was broken and flickering - no mood music - and you had to lay on a plastic cover. I would rather go to salon... read more
Great I recently decided to go here to get my nails done. It was something that I had never had done at a salon before. I wasn't sure how it would but out but I was very pleased with the results. I will now continue to go there to get my nails done. The people working there are also very nice.
