3 yrs ago: It has been an absolute pleasure and a breeze working with Rebecca. So accommodating and prompt in all communications. My friend and I both got rings for our 40th’s and we couldn’t be happier. Rebecca was able to help with the sizing as the ring for my friend was a surprise. My mum, cousin and I commissioned Rebecca to make 3 rings for us in time for mums birthday. We wanted to create a sentimental piece by including all three of our birthstones (pink tourmaline, citrine and aquamarine). Rebecca’s communication was fantastic and she was very helpful. I ordered a signet ring from Rebecca to replace one I had lost. She was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and communicative with me when I had questions around designs etc. She really took so much care to make sure I was happy with the ring and I absolutely love the end result. I would highly recommend her both for the quality of her jewellery and the customer service!
I originally reached out to Rebecca asking about customising the petite star set signet ring by adding a pink sapphire as the main stone and having custom engravings on the inside and Rebecca was amazing from the start. Despite being in the UK communication was amazing and the whole process only took about 4 weeks. The ring is stunning and I will absolutely be using them again.
