Shannon is amazing! She recently installed my new Pottery Barn curtain rods, hardware and hung my curtains beautifully. I ordered the wrong curtain ring size and she helped troubleshoot what I should replace them with. Shannon was responsive, professional and easy to work with. Very professional. We used them to come take apart our baby’s pottery barn crib bc we needed to fit it through the doorway to another room and wanted it done correctly, with it being something as important as a crib. She took it apart, moved it into the nursery and then put it back together for us. They were in and out in 20 minutes. Very important company to have as a contact.
Quality work and very fast service. I will have Shannon back to hang pictures and mirrors in my new home. She makes decorating easy and fun!
