Fun for good drinks Scarlet's is a fun place in the middle of old Folsom to have a drink or two while bar-hopping or checking out the boutiques and art galleries. It can get loud and crazy during the weekends too. Drinks are good and bartenders are fun. During nice weather, the entire front wall opens to the patio up and creates an ourdoor bar feeling. Decorated nicely if you get a chance to check it out.
