Rented a house managed by Scarlet Union for a year. We really enjoyed working with them, they were always timely on their responses, dispatched maintenance quickly and on around our schedule, worked with us for inside maintenance and managing being around our sometimes over protective dog, and never had any issues with payments. They also have a very good working relationship with the house owner and we felt that everyone was on the same page all the time. Owner really cares about tenant experience. They are a newer property management company but work really hard to make things right with tenants.
DO NOT USE. I have repeatedly been accused of missing payments, so be sure to keep close track of your payments (all are through Venmo), as you will likely have to prove that you have paid something. It took about 4 months for our shower to be properly fixed. We were consistently told storing empty boxes next to the heater was affecting our hot water, which left us to deal with 5 min showers until an actual fix was made (after 3 visits from maintenance).
