Been coming here for years and I get all the social distancing stuff but my kids have been sitting in the car for hours waiting for the text that it’s their turn! Why are you selling so many tickets and why aren’t you selling them based on time slots??!! Not planned out very well at all!
Came on Saturday and had a great time. The wait times were long but we expected them. The hayride was fun and just scary enough for the kids.
I have always loved coming here but we were going to skip this year with everything going on. The only reason we came out was because of all the COVID precautions you said were being taken to ensure the safety of both guests and staff. Well let me tell you I was extremely disappointed. There was absolutely no social distancing in fact just the opposite everyone was crammed into the line to enter the park. scarefest waste of time and money and there staff are rude I put a comment on there post and it got deleted never again will we go there !!!
As of this date. The new way of doing things has made the already disorganized Screamfest even more chaotic. While waiting to get in the park. There is no clear idea of who goes where. I bought my tickets online. When I got the the entrance. I was told to stand and enter the line at a certain point. I went an gathered my party. Don’t sale tickets you can’t accommodate. Drove all the way there for to be told they are closed and I’ll have to come back on another day. They had only been open an hour. Numerous cars were behind us they turned them all around too. Stay away.
Lame not scary at all sucks was looking forward to a good scare
