Roma Pizza Scardino's pizza is not greasy! Those are flavor paquets ready to be opened and tasted on a thin crust. The taste is real pizza and not the flavor you get with the big chains and low cost delivery pizza. It's the sauce. It reminds me of Boston style pizza. I've never been to Boston, but the 'PIZZI PIZZA' in Conneaut, Ohio was founded by an immigrant family from Boston with their special tasty tomato sauce. it blows the competition away. greasy but good Scardino's pizza is a little greasy, but it has a great crust and a great taste. They also have sub sandwiches on some really good bread. my favorite is the salami sandwich. There is no sit down section, its all take out.
Scardino's Rocks!! I finally found thee pizza place for all of my pizza eating needs. The pizza is awesome. I will never order from another place again. My previous favorite was Lampost Pizza in El Monte. Still love them though. Scardino's is a pick up your pizza and leave kinda place. I think they are Italian? Very nice customer service. No dining in is available, but I'm ok with that. A little drive from West Covina, but well worth it. Don't drive too fast or you'll miss it.
