All services were rendered by smiling staff and a knowledable Dr. The reviews for prices being high are not true, this clinic's prices vary by $5-$10 higher then most clinics in Bluffton. The care received was awesome and beyond expected; I'd gladly pay more for their thoroughness and care. Is a $10 difference really to much for remarkable, no, exceptional care?
Took my cat there after he threw up 5x. I was charged $130.00 for an exam and 2 shots. I questioned the charges. Two days later I received a letter telling me to take my business elsewhere after having my cats use them for 2years and paying all bills at the time of service. I guess they don't like being questioned. I was also charged a $29.00 consultation fee when I went there without my cat and had a discussion for 15 min on the best way to handle my cat's asthma. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. BLUFFTON RESIDENT.
