Dr was very aggressive and negative during my first ever cleaning with him. Found a new dentist that is addressing my dental problems and we are running in to issues. PLEASE double-check your charges. Billed my insurance for a pano x-ray that they even admit was never taken but billed the same date of my cleaning.
Dr Scarbrough listened carefully to my dilemma. He then gave me all the options and helped me figure out the best way to solve my complicated dental problem. Everyone I encountered at the office was exceptionally pleasant and courteous. I wish I would have found this place a long time ago! Thank you Dr. Scarbrough and staff!
Doctor was fast, efficient and explained things very well. Asked what my plan was concerning future visits. Highly recommend.
