Do not waste your time or benefits going to this dentist! I went in with problems with one tooth. Doctor told me that I needed to have $12,000 worth of work done to my teeth and tried to push me to schedule to everything at once and exhaust all benefits for that year right away. When I asked them to work on just the tooth that I knew needed repair, they said that they needed to do everything at once. That is when I knew there was sonething wrong.
