I have been a patient at Scarborough Integrative Health under the care of Dr. Zarembka for over three years. Until recently, I had always been billed appropriately for direct provider time. My most recent experience was, however, deeply disappointing. At my last visit, I was billed for “chart preparation and documenting”—something that had never been charged in the past. I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Aguiar. I’ve been a patient of his for many years. He’s a brilliant and caring naturopathic doctor. He explains things so that you can understand and is very understanding and truly cares about his patients. You won’t be disappointed….

I couldn’t offer a higher recommendation. We had the pleasure of working with Dr Z to treat our child and he quickly and expertly designed a treatment plan that cured our child. The office staff are also excellent and navigated everything from medication prep, prescription information, and FMLA paperwork. Our pediatrician left us high and dry with no help but Dr Z listened and helped

I am extremely grateful for Dr. Aguiar and his team. I have been a registered nurse for over five years and have never met a more thorough, kind and professional doctor.
