Worst place I have ever lived in my life. Don't ever think about having business with them. 1. Crazy noise from the street. 5+ Ambulances, 20+ drag racing motorcycles passing by 24/7. No sound isolation from the windows at all. 2. Abnormally high room temperature, no vent, no AC, indoor temperature easily gets to over 28°c at summer nights, while it's 18°c outside. I pass by this site every day. It looks like they started construction some months ago and now the site is abandoned with all work stopped and some concrete foundations are there. I wonder what is happening.
Very knowledgeable and friendly representatives! I love the modern aesthetic of the suites, and the finishing packages are beautiful.
