STAY AWAY from this company. They the worst title company I have ever came across. They lie their way through everything, they faked a receipt from county. I have no idea how is this legal and how are they in business. If your title company is willing to lie about the biggest purchase in your life, save yourself a headache down the road, and go with a legit title company. Edit - I do have proof and you are being reported don’t worry. State will have talk with you. Have fun.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS! I have never in my life felt the need to leave a review on any place. If you all are real estate investors, wholesalers, or honestly anyone. Do not use this company if you want an easy going transaction. I foolishly allowed them to do several transactions for me and everytime there are communication issues.
