Kaitlin was warm and gentle, and made sure my helix was placed where I wanted. She did background research on a celebrity piercing I wanted to emulate, and gave me a professional perspective/personalized plan. She's wonderful!
Came in this afternoon with my daughter for her first big piercing for her 18th birthday. The staff was incredible. Made me and my daughter feel at such ease. We will definately use them in the future. Thank you Kaitlin for setting my daughters mind at ease.

John was amazing! My daughter got her nose pierced and had a million questions that he patiently answered. He even gave us a name of a place closer to home if she has any issues. We will make the drive from Rochester to visit them again!
I want to thank John and Olivia for being able to change out my daughter's earings. Incredibly patient and very professional. I know it seems like it would be an easy thing to do. Trust me if it was it would have been done at home. Sacarb is incredibly clean and sterile. Again, Thank you so very much.
Got my cheeks pierced by john and Kaitlin assisted. Olivia on another occasion changed my ends to new Crystals. Great communication and help from John always happy to answer any questions I have. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly at Scarab and I would definitely recommend them.
