Disastrous place without any regard for the kids they have to help .Changed from a great therapist ,who of course left them for a better opportunity and sent one that did not last a day .Then a great guy ,but not a therapist and lastly no one has shown up for the last 2 months without any call or notice , like they don't care ..beware of places like this that never deliver what they promised , very common this days but aggravated by the sensitive sector they target. thanks for reading
We were very blessed to have a wonderful therapist for our daughter on the spectrum. We then were given a new therapist, with zero transition. The administration did not respond to our questions or concerns in a professional manner, nor were they polite in any way. I truly felt as if my child was just an insurance payment to the president of the company, and was spoken about in that manner as well.
