Do NOT get fooled into purchasing packages from this place! They offered me a new package each time I went in and I didn’t even complete 20% of 1 package ($1000 for 4 PRPs and 4 facials) before I mistakenly purchased another one for me and my mom for $1000 as a Mother’s day gift (which she only used about 10% of hers SMDH). After not going since 2023 because of health reasons, I now am trying to book just to be told by the owner that my packages had expired because she has “new machines and uses new technology”! I visited for a facial after they agreed to price-match a Groupon deal. While I appreciated the price match, the service was unfortunately not what was advertised. The facial was explicitly listed as a 45-minute treatment, yet the aesthetician finished in exactly 30 minutes. It felt rushed and cut short. It seems like they provide a scaled-back version of the service for customers not paying 'full price,' which is disappointing. If you’re looking for the full experience you’re promised, I’d suggest going elsewhere

I had my first time ever permanent tattoo eyebrows and eyeliner with Vanessa. She is so sweet and caring. She did an great job. I have a 2 week touch up with her. Can't wait for the end results.
