SCAR is great. All the Therapists there are good hard working and dedicated.
I am so glad I found SCAR. I was tired of belonging to those large "chain" gyms; crowded with inexperienced trainers. Besides providing the best in physical therapy and rehabbing for athletes of all ages, they have a gym with all the equipment. Along with your gym membership you can go to several boot camp and TRX classes at now extra charge. Now what gym does that? Their trainers are all amazing and know their stuff.
