This guy is a complete fraud. he will take your money and never show back up. Do not use this company. Carlo is currently under investigation by the tourney general’s office anyone affected by him can contact news channel 3 on your side they’re doing an investigation as well and it was broadcast today on the news
Carlo Papazian from Scapes and Stones has taken tens of thousands collectively from "clients" in 2018 performing little to no work. He took $6000 to me with almost no work and no refund prior to disappearing. If he did the same to you please contact me at 480-277-3949. We all worked hard for our money so we can use it for our families and Carlo defrauded us. We must take action and will be stronger if we do it together.
Scapes and Stones was hired to renovate our entire back yard. During the planning we informed the owner that we had 2 large dogs, still puppies that could possibly tear up the grass/carpet. He informed us that he had not had a problem with dogs in the past. The "grass" was installed but was very loose with large gaps around the edges that I could insert my entire hand under.
