Great Ambience....Great service....Great food.....
Food (pasta) was average. Soup did not taste or seem homemade. Service was slow to start then really picked up. Ambiance is what I liked most. Will try their pizza next time. This was our first time there.
We were so excited to try scapa but after waiting for 50 minutes past our reservation time and the final 20 minutes we were told "2 more minutes, 2 more minutes" over and over. We got tired of waiting and went to spend our money elsewhere! The attitude of the hostess was out of control.
