Went to dealership this past week with intention of buyer or leasing a new Grand Cherokee L. Couldn’t find a salesman and was told they were understaffed, which I completely understood and didn’t mind waiting for someone. Spoke to salesman “A” who clearly was preoccupied and didn’t want to sell me a new vehicle. Service is horrible it is taking me 3 days to get an oil change and the service department refuses to communicate with me or give me my car back. I may have to call the police as the upper management won't even take my call.
