We had a wonderful experience buying our new Pacifica from Scap. John took us on our initial test drive. We had a lot of questions because we were interested in the hybrid and wanted to understand the technology better. My husband also had a lot of technical questions which John was able to answer. Another garbage Jeep service department. Someone answers the phone that talks to you like you’re an idiot yet can’t answer any of your questions with anything other than “well you’ll have to bring it in” so they can fire their parts cannon at it and charge you thousands of dollars. Not buying another one of these that’s for sure.
In love with my newest 2019 Wrangler JLand the CUSTOMER SERVICE is by far the best I've ever encountered when buying a vehicle... so much so, that they (primarily John Cuccio & Tori Hausmann) have won my business any time I'm looking for another vehicle, upgrade and or lose another match with a wild animal 🦌.
