Very disappointed. Signed up, paid for two months, my rep was let go almost immediately, got no work done, they agreed to refund me half what I spent then never came through and never refunded me. Checking back in several more weeks later and several emails and still no response from Scanned Media. I’m not sure how long I’m supposed to be patient but feels like they’re just waiting for me to go away.
