Very rude office staff. Called to make an appointment for my husband, was asked a million questions and when I didn't know some answers, got comments like "and your his wife...and he couldn't call to make the appointment." Spoke to the asst. office manager, due to the absence of the office manager, was told, "she didn't mean it that way." Yeah, right, what way did she mean it then???
