From the first contact with Scan Digital to receiving our thumb drives and original photos back, everyone at Scan Digital was helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
I initially had a great experience with this company so much so I sent another set of photo albums to be scanned. Unfortunately, that’s when it started to go downhill. My photos weren’t replaced correctly in the albums, multiple photos, 64, were scanned twice and 20 photos weren’t even scanned at all. I had to spend about 4 hours removing, checking the digital copies for repeats, and fixing my photo albums to the best of my ability. They made an incredible work with my family photos that we have for years and realize to have digital makes me happy, definitely recommended
Unadjusted or more likely damaged video head used on my 3/4" video transfer, unrelated to any age artifacts or distortion from the tapes. Also left the timecode display ON during the transfer, overlaying that onto the duration of all transfers. A little less expensive than more capable transfer services I've used elsewhere, but in my experience a waste of money and your time. There's no way a skilled professional was involved with my order. I CAN recommend twosquares.com in Minnesota.
