RecommendedI've had a fantastic experience at Scandia Family Dental. Extremely friendly and professional staff that makes you feel comfortable sitting in the chair. If you have any discomfort whatsoever, they are incredibly responsive and will immediately adjust it to your satisfaction. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone who wants top notch care from an excellent group of professionals.
Extremely Professional Dental Care. I've been going here for 15 years and have had excellent dental care the entire time. The dentists and staff here are skilled, professional and friendly. They serve the people of Scandia and the surrounding area by being accessible when needed as many will confirm. In addition they are generous in their support of community organizations. I highly recommend them.
There are no dental hygienists in this practice at all. The dentists have the dental assistants do the cleanings here which is illegal so if anyone besides the Dentist is cleaning your teeth, it's against the law. One of their employees confirmed this. The office is a dump. It's tiny, dark and old. Smells of mold and mildew. You can overhear everything that is being said about other patients and their treatment. Not HIPPA compliant at all. Go elsewhere.
Wow! They are very kind and compassionate human beings! I came in there with a crisis, it wasn't even during their business hours, but they didn't turn me away! They immediately saw my son and relieved my great anxiety, as we walked in with his mouth full of blood. God bless them for helping us at a time that no other dentists would have been open!
