The only good thing about this place is that it is within walking distance of HEB, Target, Ross, and many restaurants. The amenities claimed on the website are substandard and not worth paying for. Major roach infestation as well.
I was visiting the apartments and recorded without my knowledge by the maintenance and staff at the request of a tenant.
First of all, they did not share information in detail regarding how their leasing process works - the only thing they said was it is first come first serve basis. They did not mention that only when you pay deposit they will allot the apartment to you.They just said both me and my husband need to have our applications submitted separately. The property manager behaved very badly with us when we told them that we were not properly informed about the deposit and how the apartment allotment process is carried out.
