Unclear signage. My car got towed for parking here. There is only one small sign that faces away from all the parking spots, the towing fee is 300+. They are making bank off of people trying to attend church.
Lived here for 2 years. Spacious apartments compared to many others in the area. But they are really old and have pest infestation. The gym is really small and pool is not cleaned properly.
Do not live here. Trash is always piled up and they charge you monthly for it. Always have maintenance issues that do not get resolved. There was a meth bust across the courtyard from me and leasing team did not say anything about it, I had to find out from the cops. On move out they will claim you left trash and did not return keys and send it collection 4 YEARS later. Anytime it rains water gets into the apartments.
