Extortionists. Not extending my due date three days during not only the holidays but a government shut down is a low move. Then having to call to pay TWICE charging $7 extra bucks to do your job and because it doesn’t accept payments over $600 is insane. My bill shouldn’t even be that high - nobody’s should. My 85 year old grandparents never use their AC, heat, and practically live with their lights off and their bill is still about $500 a month. This business is so disgusting.
One of the worst places u could ever sign up for!! 335.00 bill for January!!! My bill is consistently over 300 dollars every month!!! They leave metal debris from the storm hanging on power lines and say this is ok and leave it for the residents to remove.
Prices are outrageous! I am still back paying from the ridiculous rates in 2021! While the CEO of Dominion Energy sits around getting a salary of $1,225,000 and stock that's worth $8,526,987. I have to choose paying rent or paying an energy bill and that is just INHUMANE!!!
Here I sit all weekend without power bc Dominion can’t keep their Information straight. Won’t fix their error till Monday. Oh and no supervisors to speak with on the weekends 🤦♂️
