I’ve been a customer for years and am extremely frustrated with this company’s practices. As a single parent with no additional support, I deal with payment and billing issues almost every month. If you’re even slightly late, they dictate exactly how you must pay them. Even though bank transfers can take up to a week, if the funds aren’t available in their timeframe you get hit with extra charges. I had a potential gas leak at my house and Dominion sent out a technician who arrived in 10 mins. He conducted tests and made some repairs. He did a phenomenal job.

690 sq ft duplex and electric bill is consistently 250 and up a month. Disgusting. And no we use jackets inside in the winter almost no heat no reason.

I live in a 1200 sq ft single story house, please explain how my electric bill could be between $400 and $500 month? I make payments every month, sometimes a week or so late, but I make payments. I was laid off in November and my husband was diagnosed with lung cancer in November. He is receiving chemotherapy and depends on a warm house with running water.
